The cake was dense, heavy, and almost hard to chew! I made this icing this weekend for my husbands 30th birthday. But I will use a different method in making the chips, like: using paste/gel food color to intensify the color without watering the chocolate down or getting it to seize up too much…and using a pastry bag with a medium fine tip onto a parchment.
